Cleaning up

I rarely wash my make up brushes - when I do I feel like I'm ripping them apart as I try to get all of my make up out of the depths of the bristles. It takes a lot of time and puts a lot of wear n' tear on my brushes, and I never feel like they're completely clean (agonizing issue for a clean freak). But then I found this amazing brush cleaning concoction on Pinterest! (yes I actually use some of the things I pin!) Here's the recipe:

1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 Tbsp liquid dish soap
1 cup warm water

Soak brushes (I put mine in before a shower, so about 10 minutes) and then rinse until the water is clear (which takes a sec - the water is legit gross!) and the soap is out. This cleanest I've ever gotten my brushes (one of my eyeshadow brushes is white...who knew!) and the fastest I have ever cleaned them!
Maybe now I'll clean my brushes on a regular bases - if not for hygienic reasons, cause it's amazingly fulfilling to get so much junk out!
